Thai cuisine is a subtle interplay of five taste sensations: sweet, sour, hot, salty, and neutral. Southeastern Asian spices and seasonings imprint Thai cooking with their distinctive flavors. These include: lemongrass, coriander root and leaves, the kaffir lime, kha root and some of the hottest and flavorful chilies. Their unique flavors give way for many appetizing dishes.
Please note that Thai food is very highly seasoned. We will be happy to accommodate individual tastes as much as we can without losing the integrity of a dish. The customer chooses the level of spice that the dish is made, which is given by our 5 Star pepper scale:
* = very mild
** = mild
*** = medium
**** = spicy
***** = very spicy
